Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead the on-site clinical team, ensuring quality patient care while achieving store clinical and sales goals. You will supervise staff, uphold HIPAA standards, and coordinate with the Clinical Operations Department.

You will guide Doctor Technicians in diagnostic testing, refractive services, and contact lens care, while maintaining training standards and ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience or experience in a clinical leadership role.
• An associate's degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Passion for exceptional customer/patient care and a willingness to mentor and train others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business and schedule requirements.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, and other basic office tools.
• Optical or clinical experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and identify needs to provide information on products and services.
• Drive sales to meet revenue goals while delivering outstanding service.
• Provide supervision and guidance to Doctor Technicians.
• Maintain accurate patient records and HIPAA compliance.
• Coach and train staff on contact lens insertion/removal and related procedures.
• Oversee inventory and protocols for diagnostic lenses.
