Job summary

Stanton Optical, now operating as Now Optics, is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead the store team in Asheboro, NC. You will partner with the Brand Manager and Clinical Operations to deliver quality care and exceptional patient experiences while achieving daily clinical and sales goals.

The role requires 1+ year in retail management or a clinical leadership role, with an associate degree or higher.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience or experience in a clinical leadership role.
• An associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Passion for exceptional customer/patient care and a willingness to mentor and train others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business and schedule requirements.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, and other basic office tools.
• Optical or clinical experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support store team to meet clinical goals under Clinical Operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty to help achieve store operations and sales goals.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and educate on products and services.
• Drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain detailed patient records.
• Provide training to Doctor Technicians on Pre-Testing, Local Mode and Digital Refraction, Contact Lens care and PEG standards.
• Maintain brand standards and proper inventory of diagnostic lenses.
