This in-office role emphasizes organization, communication, and teamwork within a growing home health organization serving 60+ counties across Florida.

The role involves coordinating patient visits, managing changes and urgent needs, and maintaining EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (required).
• Prior home health scheduling experience (required).
• Experience in home health administration (preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient visits in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Coordinate clinician schedules to optimize productivity and coverage.
• Manage daily scheduling changes, call-outs, and urgent visit needs.
• Answer and triage incoming calls to support clinical operations.
• Track medical supplies and support RAP/EOE processes.
• Maintain accurate scheduling and documentation within the EMR.
• Support the clinical team with administrative tasks as needed.
