Responsibilities

• Schedule patient visits per physician orders and care plans.

• Answer and triage incoming calls to support clinical operations.
• Track medical supplies and RAP/EOE processes.
• Maintain scheduling and documentation in the EMR.
• Support the clinical team with administrative tasks as needed.

Your Role as Clinical Team Support

In this role, you will support daily clinical operations by coordinating schedules and ensuring seamless communication between patients and clinicians.

Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling patient visits in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Coordinating clinician schedules to optimize productivity and coverage
• Managing daily scheduling changes, call-outs, and urgent visit needsAnswering and triaging incoming calls to support clinical operationsTracking medical supplies and supporting RAP/EOE processesMaintaining accurate scheduling and documentation within the EMRSupporting the clinical team with administrative tasks as needed

  Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (in-office role)

  Compensation: negotiable, based on experience
