Responsibilities

• Schedule high-volume client appointments according to space, personnel, and equipment availability.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly client appointments and communicate schedules to students, faculty, staff, or other medical facilities.
• Receive and screen client calls/visits; take messages and provide information; register clients per protocol; verify identification and demographics.
• Review schedules regularly and communicate changes, no-shows, time constraints, conflicts to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare and distribute monthly scheduling reports; maintain electronic files and records; prepare master scheduling templates.
• Perform clerical duties (data entry, filing, faxing, photocopying, mail distribution) and cover other areas as needed.
• Ensure patient privacy, safety, and confidentiality per HIPAA; maintain infection control and safety standards.
