Qualifications

• Experience in medical scheduling/administrative support preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Daily confirmation of all on-site clinic and off-site appointments.
• Receive, screen and coordinate telephone calls from healthcare providers.
• Assist with maintaining and updating provider addresses and phone numbers.
• Handle front desk operations and basic clerical duties.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Obtain patient information and assist with forms and histories.
• Create and distribute daily schedules for doctors and staff.
• Maintain physician and patient data.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor’s degree and/or certificate program preferred
