Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to serve as the face of our clinic for clients and families, coordinating staff calendars, start of service, and general facilities support. You will ensure timely and accurate scheduling changes, greet clients on arrival, and act as a primary point of contact for questions.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and experience in medical or therapeutic settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in medical/therapeutic admin or customer service.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• HIPAA knowledge and adherence to confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Schedule staff and clients; manage variances and trainings.
• Record cancellations and reschedules accurately.
• Coordinate onboarding from intake to first day of ABA.
• Answer phones and greet clients.
• Support center operations, cleanliness, and logistics.
• Communicate with corporate support and leaders.
