Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovation is seeking a Clinical Sales Representative for the Raleigh, NC territory to lead end-to-end program development and clinical success for Ottava Surgical Robotic System. You will drive procedure sales, educate physicians, and manage post-sales adoption across hospitals.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in Medical Device sales, strong clinical knowledge, and the ability to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and 4 years of Medical Device/Healthcare or B2B sales experience.
Experience in OR and robotics preferred.
Ability to communicate technical product and clinical knowledge to physicians and buyers.
Willingness to travel up to 75% within the territory.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute quarterly business plans achieving procedure and disposable sales targets.
Drive Ottava utilization and expand the user base in qualified accounts.
Maintain a strategic territory business plan and forecast sales to management.
Lead product demonstrations to ensure sales and adoption of Ottava robotics.
Execute referral education activities to increase procedure sales.
Support post-sales installation, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Field Sales Territory Manager to maximize capital system sales.
