The role requires deep technical credibility in regulated medical device development, design transfer, and cross-functional execution, with accountability for timelines, budgets, and quality

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Development Engineers through coaching, performance management, career growth, succession planning, onboarding, and workload prioritization.
• Build technical capability and accountability by mentoring engineers, fostering medical device development expertise, and aligning roles, priorities, and deliverables to business objectives.
• Lead Development Engineering execution for NPD/NPI programs by planning, developing, qualifying, and transferring designs to manufacturing.
