Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Manager, Inside Sales to join our MedTech Surgery business located at our Santa Clara, CA site with an alternate location of our Cincinnati, OH site. The Manager will lead the field execution of service selling for the OTTAVA robotic platform, partnering with North America capital sales leadership and field teams.

They will own the service commercial relationship after sale and work with Customer Success Managers to ensure a cohesive, proactive customer

• Lead Point-of-Sale Service Sales Execution with NA capital sales leadership and field teams.
• Build trusted partnerships with capital sales leaders and field teams.
• Own the service commercial relationship across clinical, operational, and procurement stakeholders.
• Drive warranty conversion and renewals, and coordinate with service operations.
