Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a field-based Clinical Representative, Monarch Urology. This role covers the Capital Corridor Territory (SC, NC, VA, DC) and may be based in NC.

You will provide procedural support, educate customers, and drive adoption of Monarch Urology robotics in diverse surgical settings. The position offers extensive travel (up to 90%), a competitive incentive program, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience in clinical sales or medical devices.
• Experience in urology, endourology, surgical robotics, or other highly technical procedural specialty preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 90% within the assigned territory.
• Strong customer service, organization, and collaboration skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-case procedural support and technical expertise to physicians, nurses, and staff using Monarch Urology in hospital and ambulatory surgery center environments.
• Build strong customer relationships through clinical support, training, education, and responsive service.
• Support account development activities to increase user competence and utilization of systems and disposables.
• Assist with product and clinical demonstrations, launch planning, training events, and customer education initiatives.
• Identify educational opportunities to improve customer proficiency and procedural efficiency.
• Partner with Area Sales Leader to support business objectives and referral development activities.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams for questions and timely reporting of complaints or technical concerns.
• Develop and maintain expert-level product knowledge and understanding of kidney stone treatment workflows.
• Deliver high standard of professionalism, service, and compliance in all customer interactions.
• Lead and support sales activities at the account level to ensure products are purchased and in-stock.
