Work Flexibility: Remote

This role involves selling the company's products, focusing on finding, generating, and developing new distribution and retail partners to sell to end-users. Responsibilities include new account development, expanding existing accounts within distribution or retail channels, and creating awareness and demand for products. Customers may be geographic or named accounts. This highly specialized individual contributor role requires deep expertise in a professional or technical field, typically necessitating extensive experience and an advanced degree or equivalent. The position offers technical guidance within the discipline, requiring strong analytical skills and evaluative judgment in complex situations. Typically, a degree and at least 6 years of experience are required.

Job Description

This position aims to achieve strategic business objectives through managing key account development, surgeon training and education, targeted product launches, and engaging sales representatives to enhance their skills, maintain customer relationships, and grow the customer base. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor strategic sales training initiatives within Upper Extremities.
  • Identify and convert target surgeons through collaboration with DOSs, RSMs, and Sales Reps, utilizing dedicated training programs.
  • Create curriculum and content, and execute in-field and headquarters training initiatives, including sales enablement.
  • Prioritize and conduct field training activities and medical education events for sales teams and customers.
  • Build professional relationships with physicians, key customers, and accounts.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Marketing to identify future product needs and maximize project impacts.
  • Work with Medical Education to develop courses, curricula, and execute objectives at educational events.
  • Participate actively in team and leadership meetings, virtually or in-person.

What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business or medical preferred); advanced degree is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of sales management experience or demonstrated leadership in sales goals.
  • Proficiency with office technologies (MS Office, databases, etc.).
Travel Percentage: 40%
