Work Flexibility: Remote
This role involves selling the company's products, focusing on finding, generating, and developing new distribution and retail partners to sell to end-users. Responsibilities include new account development, expanding existing accounts within distribution or retail channels, and creating awareness and demand for our products. Customers may be geographic or named accounts.
This is a highly specialized individual contributor role requiring deep expertise in a professional or technical field, typically requiring extensive experience and an advanced degree or equivalent. The role provides technical guidance within a specific discipline and demands good analytical skills, evaluative judgment, and the ability to handle complex or dynamic material. A minimum of 6 years of experience and a relevant degree are typically required.
This position aims to meet strategic business objectives through managing key account development, surgeon training and education, targeted product launches, and supporting sales representatives in skill development, customer relationship management, and customer base expansion.
