Work Flexibility: Remote

This position is responsible for selling the company’s products, primarily by finding, generating, and developing new distribution and retail partners to sell to end-users. The role includes new account development and expanding existing accounts within the distribution or retail sales channels. The individual creates awareness and demand for the company's products, targeting geographic or named accounts. This highly specialized role requires deep expertise in a professional or technical field, typically involving extensive experience and an advanced degree or equivalent. The role provides technical guidance within its discipline, requiring good analytical skills and evaluative judgment in complex or novel situations, with a minimum of 6 years of experience and relevant educational background.

The position aims to meet strategic business unit objectives through managing key account development, surgeon training, education, targeted product launches, and engaging sales representatives to develop skills, maintain customer relationships, and expand the customer base. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Develop, implement, and monitor strategic sales training initiatives within Upper Extremities.
  2. Identify and convert target surgeons through collaboration with DOSs, RSMs, and Sales Reps, focusing on sales product training and development.
  3. Develop curriculum and content for training initiatives, including in-field and headquarters training, along with sales enablement.
  4. Prioritize and execute field-based training activities and medical education events for sales force and customers.
  5. Build professional relationships with physicians, key customers, and accounts.
  6. Collaborate with R&D and Marketing to identify future product needs and maximize project impacts.
  7. Partner with Medical Education to identify training needs, develop curricula, and implement at events.
  8. Participate actively in team and leadership meetings, virtually or in person.

What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business or medical preferred); advanced degree is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Optional: 2+ years of sales management experience or demonstrated leadership in sales goals.
  • Proficiency with office technologies (MS Office, databases, etc.).

Travel Percentage: 40%
