Work Flexibility: Remote
Responsible for selling the company’s products; primary responsibilities include finding, generating, and developing new distribution/retail partners to sell the company’s products to end-users. Responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts within the distribution or retail sales channel. Creates awareness and demand for company products. Customers may be geographic or named accounts. This is a highly specialized individual contributor role requiring deep expertise in a professional or technical field. The position typically requires extensive experience in a specialized area and an advanced degree or equivalent. The role provides technical guidance within its discipline. Good analytical skills and evaluative judgement are essential, especially in complex or novel situations. The job usually requires a degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience.
This position aims to achieve strategic business unit objectives through managing key account development, surgeon training, education goals, targeted product launches, and engaging with sales representatives to develop skills, maintain existing customer relationships, and expand the customer base.
