This role involves selling the company's products, primarily focusing on developing new distribution and retail partners, expanding existing accounts, and creating demand for products. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor strategic sales training initiatives within Upper Extremities.
• Identify and convert target surgeons through training and development.
• Develop curriculum, implement training initiatives, and enable sales teams.
• Build professional relationships with physicians and key customers.
• Collaborate with R&D and Marketing on product needs and projects.
• Coordinate with Medical Education to develop courses and training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, medical discipline, or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
• 2+ years of sales management experience or leadership in sales goals.
• Proficiency with office technologies (MS Office, databases).
