Clinical Sales Manager, Upper Extremities-West Region

This position is responsible for selling the company’s products, including finding, generating, and developing new distribution and retail partners, as well as expanding existing accounts within these channels. The role involves creating awareness and demand for products among geographic or named accounts and requires a high level of technical expertise and professional experience in the field.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a specialized field, with an advanced degree or equivalent, and demonstrate strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales training and development initiatives within Upper Extremities.
• Identify and convert target surgeons through dedicated training and development.
• Design curriculum and deliver in-field and headquarters training initiatives.
• Engage with physicians and key customers to develop professional relationships.
• Collaborate with R&D and Marketing teams to identify future product needs.
• Partner with Medical Education to develop training courses and execute at events.
• Participate actively in team and leadership meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, medical discipline, or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
• 2+ years of sales management experience or demonstrated leadership in sales goals.
• Proficiency with office technologies (MS Office, databases, etc.).
