Clinical Sales Manager, Upper Extremities-West Region

Position Overview

This role involves selling the company's products, primarily focusing on finding, generating, and developing new distribution and retail partners to sell products to end-users. Responsibilities include new account development and expanding existing accounts within distribution or retail channels. The position requires deep expertise in a specialized field, with a focus on technical guidance and strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategic sales training initiatives within Upper Extremities.
2. Identify and convert target surgeons through sales training and development.
3. Develop curriculum and deliver in-field and headquarters training to enhance sales enablement.
4. Execute key training activities and medical education events for sales force and customers.
5. Build and maintain professional relationships with physicians and key customers.
6. Collaborate with R&D and Marketing to align on future product needs.
7. Partner with Medical Education to develop courses and training programs.
8. Participate actively in team and leadership meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, medical discipline, or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years successful sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
• At least 2 years of sales management experience or demonstrated leadership in sales goals.
• Proficiency with MS Office and database management.
