Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced clinical research scientists to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across clinical study reports, protocol synopses, investigator brochures, and regulatory modules, ensuring ICH-GCP compliance and scientific rigor.

This is fully remote, 5–20 hours per week, with start ASAP and compensation at $100 per hour.

Qualifications

• Direct experience authoring or reviewing clinical study reports, protocol synopses, or regulatory dossier modules for a pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO organization
• Deep familiarity with ICH-GCP standards, FDA/EMA regulatory expectations, and the scientific rigor required in investigator brochures and medical affairs materials
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
