Ethos is seeking a seasoned Clinical Research Officer to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create and review clinical study reports, protocol synopses, and regulatory dossiers for pharma/biotech contexts, ensuring rigorous scientific and regulatory quality.

The role offers fully remote work in Canada, with a flexible commitment of 5–20 hours per week (or more). Start date ASAP, compensation around $100/hour.

Qualifications

• Direct experience authoring or reviewing clinical study reports, protocol synopses, or regulatory dossier modules for pharma/biotech/CRO.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated clinical documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Train and validate outputs for core workflows: study reports, protocols, investigator brochures, and regulatory modules.
• Ensure scientific rigor and regulatory alignment with ICH-GCP standards and FDA/EMA expectations.
