Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced clinical research scientists to help train our AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will author, review, and refine AI-generated materials across clinical study reports, protocol synopses, and regulatory dossiers, ensuring scientific rigor and regulatory alignment.

This is a fully remote, flexible opportunity requiring 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Direct experience authoring or reviewing clinical study reports, protocol synopses, or regulatory dossier modules for a pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO organization
• Deep familiarity with ICH-GCP standards, FDA/EMA regulatory expectations, and the scientific rigor required in investigator brochures and medical affairs materials
• Excellent written communication with attention to detail in documents, spreadsheets, and slides

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated clinical documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
