Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced clinical research associates to help train an AI language model using professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote engagement offers flexible hours and compensation at $100 per hour.

Candidates should have 5+ years in clinical research or related fields, with deep familiarity with ICH-GCP, FDA/EMA expectations, and strong written communication. Start date ASAP, 5–20 hours per week, or more if desired.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in clinical research, biomedical science, or regulatory affairs.
• Experience authoring or reviewing clinical study reports, protocols, or regulatory modules.
• Familiarity with ICH-GCP standards, FDA/EMA regulatory expectations.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Support core workflows: clinical study reports, protocol synopses, investigator brochures, regulatory dossier modules, medical affairs slide decks, and publication plans.
• Ensure scientific rigor and regulatory alignment.
