Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced medical affairs directors to train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across clinical study reports, protocols, investigator brochures, and regulatory materials. This fully remote, part-time opportunity offers 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Direct experience authoring or reviewing clinical study reports, protocol synopses, or regulatory dossier modules.
• Deep familiarity with ICH-GCP standards, FDA/EMA regulatory expectations, and the scientific rigor required in investigator brochures and medical affairs materials.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
