Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare related field is required.
• Three years of quality/abstraction/registry experience with at least one year in a supervisory role.

• Lead a team to synthesize, distribute and analyze internal and comparative data for system strategies.
• Oversee registry compliance with state/federal regulations and accreditation standards.
• Ensure timely collection and submission of data to CMS, payors and regulators.
• Develop interoperability and data reporting processes to support abstraction and submission.
• Coordinate oversight of registries to ensure data accuracy across the enterprise.
• Manage multiple projects with minimal supervision and strict timelines.
• Implement data validation audits to ensure inter-rater reliability.
• Support service lines with reporting requirements for quality improvement.
• Maintain privacy, confidentiality and release-of-information compliance.
• Lead registry software implementations and updates.
• Assist in site inspections and national accreditation readiness.
