Advocate Health is seeking a remote Senior Registry/Quality Abstraction Lead to oversee data collection, abstraction, and reporting for enterprise registries. You will manage a team, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with service lines to drive quality improvements across the organization.

The role requires experience in quality/registry, supervisory experience, and knowledge of state and federal reporting standards.

Qualificações

• Three years of experience in quality, abstraction, registry with 1 year of supervisory experience leading a team; healthcare environment
• Experience in orthopedic and/or trauma settings (OR, Med Surg, ER, ICU)
• Knowledgeable and proficient in software, data quality, data management, and presentation
• Proficient use of software/tools for abstraction, reporting, and analysis

Responsabilidades

• Manages a team to provide clinical synthesis, distribution, and analysis of internal and comparative data.
• Oversees internal data collection, submission, and reporting to state and national databases and accrediting entities.
• Establishes registry support services with compliance to state/federal regulations and accreditation standards.
• Leads implementation and maintenance of data systems and interoperability to support documentation, abstraction, and submission.
• Coordinates registry oversight across the enterprise to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and data integrity.
• Supports site inspections and surveys by state or federal agencies and national accreditations.
