The Clinical Manager, Quality Assurance oversees treatment progression, provides feedback to staff, and ensures alignment with treatment plans under the Clinical Director.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, social work or related field.
• BCBA certification or clinical license.
• 3+ years of clinical supervision experience as a BCBA.

Aufgaben

• Maintain a small to moderate caseload.
• Assist Clinical Directors with intervention on clinical cases to influence positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Program Manager on client cohort progress and communication to payor.
• Evaluate clinical quality of assigned cases by providing consultation and supervision and communicating with BI’s and parents/caregivers.
• Provide collaboration on cases not progressing in alignment with the treatment plan.
• Attend IEP meetings as approved or needed.
• Monitor outcome data with input from Director of Client Outcomes.
