Job summary

ACES seeks a Clinical Manager, Quality Assurance in Santa Rosa, CA to evaluate client programs, supervise staff, and improve treatment outcomes. You will work under Clinical Directors across homes, centers, and schools, ensuring alignment with treatment plans and data-driven decisions.

The role offers a hybrid work model, sign-on/relocation incentives, comprehensive benefits, and up to 28 PTO days with a strong clinical support system for BCBA staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, social work or related field.
• BCBA certification or valid clinical license required.
• 3+ years of clinical supervision experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience with ASD or related conditions is strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate treatment progression through in-person observation and data review.
• Provide verbal and written feedback to staff to align with treatment plans.
• Assist Clinical Directors with intervention on clinical cases to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with Program Manager on client cohort progress and payor communications.
• Attend IEP meetings and provide parent training workshops as needed.
• Monitor outcome data and contribute to regional reporting with the Director of Client Outcomes.
