Job summary

ACES is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services across homes, centers, schools, and communities. The Clinical Manager, Quality Assurance oversees treatment progression through observation, data review, and coordination with staff, reporting to Clinical Director(s) in the local region.

The role emphasizes clinical supervision, ensuring progress aligned with treatment plans, and delivering feedback to staff and families to improve outcomes within ACES’s 2XO initiative and

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field; BCBA certification (or clinical license)
• 3+ years of clinical supervision experience as a BCBA (5+ years preferred)
• 5+ years’ experience working with clients with ASD or other special needs (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Maintain a small to moderate caseload
• Assist Clinical Director with intervention on clinical cases to influence positive outcomes
• Collaborate with Program Manager on client cohort progress and communication to payor
• Evaluate clinical quality and provide supervision to staff and feedback to caregivers
• Provide parent training workshops and services to increase parent participation
• Attend IEP meetings as needed
• Monitor outcome data and trends with the Director of Client Outcomes

Education
