Job summary

ACES is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services with 30+ locations nationwide. The Clinical Manager, Quality Assurance focuses on evaluating client progress through in-person observation, data review, and staff feedback to ensure alignment with treatment plans. Reports to local Clinical Director(s).

The role includes supervising staff, managing a caseload, and collaborating with leadership to improve outcomes across centers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, social work or related field; BCBA certification or clinical license.
• Minimum 3+ years (5+ preferred) of clinical supervision experience as a BCBA.
• 5+ years’ experience with ASD or other special needs preferred.
• 5+ years training/education related to ASD preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and data management

Responsibilities

• Maintain a small to moderate caseload.
• Assist Clinical Director(s) with intervention on clinical cases to influence positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with Program Manager on client progress and payor communication.
• Evaluate clinical quality and provide supervision to BI’s and parents.
• Provide collaboration on cases not progressing as expected.
• Join cases requiring advanced clinical consultation with treatment team.
• Communicate with parents about clinical concerns.
• Provide parent training workshops and services for higher participation.
• Attend IEP meetings as needed.
• Monitor outcome data with Director of Client Outcomes.
