Job summary

ACES (Comprehensive Educational Services) seeks a Clinical Manager, Quality Assurance to oversee treatment progression across client programs with in-person observations, data reviews, and staff consultations. This role reports to local Clinical Directors and requires BCBA certification and a Master’s degree.

You will maintain a caseload, collaborate with the Program Manager on cohort progress and payor communications, and provide staff supervision and parent training.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA/psychology/education or related field.
• BCBA certification or clinical license required.
• 3+ years of clinical supervision experience as a BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a small to moderate caseload.
• Assist Clinical Director with clinical intervention to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate on client cohort progress and payor communication.
• Evaluate clinical quality and provide supervision and input from BI’s and families.
• Provide parental training and workshops.
• Attend IEP meetings as needed.
• Monitor outcome data with the Director of Client Outcomes.
