Job summary

ACES is hiring a Clinical Manager, Quality Assurance in Tracy, CA. You will oversee treatment progression, provide feedback to staff, and report to the Clinical Director(s) to ensure alignment with treatment plans.

The role requires a Master’s in ABA or related field with BCBA licensing and strong supervision experience. Travel is possible for supervision across centers, with relocation support where applicable.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA psychology, education, social work or related field; BCBA certification or license.
• 3+ years of clinical supervision experience as BCBA (5+ years preferred).
• Proficiency with MS Office; highly organized; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a small to moderate caseload.
• Assist Clinical Directors with intervention on clinical cases to influence positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with Program Manager on client cohort progress and payor communication.
• Evaluate clinical quality of assigned cases and advise BI’s and parents/caregivers.
