Job summary

ACES (Autism Comprehensive Educational Services) seeks a Clinical Manager, Quality Assurance to oversee treatment progression, provide feedback to staff, and ensure program alignment with individual treatment plans across homes, centers, schools, and communities.

You will supervise clinicians, collaborate with program leadership, and help drive outcomes through data review and parent engagement, while maintaining high clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education or related field is required.
• BCBA certification or clinical license is required.
• 3+ years of clinical supervision experience; 5+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a small to moderate caseload and supervise staff.
• Collaborate with the Program Manager on client cohort progress.
• Evaluate clinical quality and treatment progress with families and BI staff.
• Attend IEP meetings as needed and provide parent training workshops.
• Monitor outcome data trends and provide input to leadership.
