Job summary

ACES in Modesto, CA, is seeking a Clinical Manager, Quality Assurance (CQM) to evaluate client program progression through observation and data review. You will deliver feedback to staff to ensure alignment with treatment plans and report to local Clinical Directors.

The role supports staff development, maintains caseloads, and collaborates with leadership to optimize outcomes for children and families served by ACES.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, social work or related field; BCBA certification or clinical license.
• 3+ years (5+ preferred) of clinical supervision experience as a BCBA.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a small to moderate caseload and supervise staff.
• Collaborate with Program Manager on client progress and payor communication.
• Evaluate clinical quality and provide supervision to BI’s and parents for feedback.
• Provide parent training workshops and services.
• Attend IEP meetings as needed and monitor outcome data with Director of Client Outcomes.
