Job summary

ACES is a rapidly growing autism services provider delivering care across home, school and community settings. The Clinical Manager, Quality Assurance is responsible for evaluating treatment progress through observations, data review, and direct staff communication to ensure alignment with treatment plans.

Reporting to Clinical Director(s), the role requires BCBA certification or clinical license and demonstrated supervision experience, with a strong focus on collaboration, data-driven

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education or related field with BCBA certification or clinical license.
• 3+ years (5+ preferred) of clinical supervision experience as a BCBA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a small to moderate caseload and supervise staff.
• Provide feedback to staff to ensure progress per treatment plans.
• Collaborate with Program Manager on client progress and payor communication.
• Evaluate clinical quality and provide inputs to treatment teams.
• Lead trainings and parent workshops as needed.
• Attend IEP meetings when required.
