Job summary

ACES is seeking a Clinical Manager, Quality Assurance in California to supervise clinical cases, review data, and provide feedback to staff and families. You will work under the Clinical Director(s) to ensure treatment aligns with plans and outcomes.

The role requires BCBA certification or clinical license, a Master’s degree in a related field, and 3+ years of supervision experience (5+ years preferred). The position offers a strong benefits package and relocation support where applicable.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, social work or related field.
• BCBA certification or clinical license required.
• 3+ years of clinical supervision experience as a BCBA (5+ years preferred).
• Experience with ASD or other special needs is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a small to moderate caseload.
• Assist with clinical intervention to influence positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with Program Manager on client progress and payor communication.
• Provide supervision and input to staff and families regarding treatment plans.
• Attend IEP meetings as needed.
• Monitor outcome data and trends with regional leadership.
