Job summary

ACES is a growing autism services provider delivering ABA across home, school and community settings. The Clinical Manager, Treatment Initiation leads initial intake and sets ABA treatment objectives with families, coordinating with the treatment team to ensure smooth transition and optimal service utilization.

This role requires BCBA certification, a master’s degree in ABA or related field, and 5+ years of supervising BCBA staff, with a focus on achieving positive client outcomes and staff

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis psychology, education, social work or related field.
• BCBA certification or clinical license.
• 5+ years supervising BCBA staff.
• 5+ years’ experience with ASD or special needs.

Responsibilities

• Provides timely and accurate assessments to clients in clinic, home, community, or telehealth.
• Utilizes evidence-based ABA assessment techniques.
• Transitions clients from intake to treatment team and monitors hours during first authorization period.
• Assists VP of Clinical Service Delivery and Assessment with trainings.
• Reviews treatment overview with family and updates care team on assessment status.
• Prepares and submits final ABA assessment report using templates.
• Stays informed of ABA assessment techniques via trainings.
• Reviews quarterly regional outcome data and collaborates on clinical strategy.
• Assists Clinical Director with challenging cases to improve outcomes.
