ACES is a leading ABA provider serving autism families across locations. The role involves designing and implementing ABA programs, collaborating with families and professionals, and supervising direct care staff across regional clients.

You will monitor progress using advanced data collection software and contribute to OBM-driven organizational improvements. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in a related field and has proven ABA experience, with a focus on training and supporting

Qualifications

• Masters degree in relevant field (Psychology, Sociology, Education, ABA or related)
• Proven ABA experience (developing and implementing client programs)
• Enthusiastic leaders who enjoy training, managing and supporting entry-level direct care staff

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement a wide range of ABA programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to tailor ABA programs to specific client needs
• Supervise direct care staff (i.e. behavior therapists) and travel between regionalized clients
• Evaluate and update client progress reports via industry-leading data collection software
• Participate in organizational improvements using OBM
