Job summary

ACES is dedicated to elevating autism treatment standards by delivering ABA programs in home and clinic settings. Our team collaborates with families and professionals to tailor interventions for children with autism and related disorders, driving meaningful progress through OBM and data-driven care.

We seek enrolled masters students or graduates with ABA experience who can train, supervise and support direct care staff across regional clients, while contributing to organizational improvements

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Education, ABA or related field.
• Completed degree preferred.
• Proven ABA experience (developing and implementing client programs).
• Enthusiastic leaders who enjoy training, managing and supporting entry-level direct care staff.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement a wide range of ABA programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to tailor ABA programs to specific client needs.
• Supervise direct care staff (i.e. behavior therapists) and travel between regionalized clients.
• Evaluate and update client progress reports via industry-leading data collection software.
• Participate in organizational improvements using OBM.
