Job summary

ACES is a rapidly growing autism services provider delivering ABA across home, school and community settings. The Clinical Manager, Treatment Initiation leads initial intake and uses evidence-based ABA assessment techniques to shape long-term goals.

This role involves coordinating with a clinical team, ensuring timely assessments, and guiding the first treatment phase with families. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in a related field with BCBA or clinical licensure and have strong supervision

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA/related field with BCBA or clinical license.
• 3+ years of clinical supervision experience; 5+ preferred.
• 5+ years with ASD or other special needs populations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Background checks and screenings as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct timely and accurate ABA assessments in clinic, home, or telehealth.
• Lead intake to treatment teams and monitor hours in first authorization period.
• Support staff through trainings and supervision as directed by leadership.
• Prepare final ABA assessment reports using approved templates.
• Review regional data and contribute to clinical strategy improvements.
