Job summary

ACES is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with autism and their families. This role focuses on designing and implementing tailored ABA programs, collaborating with families and clinicians, and mentoring Behavior Technicians to deliver high-quality direct services.

Candidates must hold a BCBA certification, demonstrate experience in developing client programs, and comply with background checks and immunization

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Proven ABA program development experience.
• Compliance with background checks, TB test, and immunizations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement customized ABA programs for children.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure high-quality care.
• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians delivering direct services.
• Utilize data collection software to track client progress.
• Engage with cross-functional team to fulfill ACES’ mission.
