Job summary

ACES is growing and seeks a Clinical Manager, Quality Assurance to evaluate client progress via in-person observation, data review, and staff feedback. You will report to the Clinical Director and supervise staff while ensuring treatment plans stay on target.

Required: Master’s in ABA, BCBA certification, 3+ years supervising BCBA staff; 5+ years preferred for ASD work. Responsibilities include parent training, IEP participation, and cross-site collaboration to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in ABA psychology with BCBA certification or clinical license.
• 3+ years (5+ preferred) of clinical supervision experience as a BCBA.
• 5+ years’ experience with ASD or other special needs; ASD training/education.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Background checks and required clearances as per funding sources.
• Comfort coordinating across home, community, school, clinic, and military base settings.
• Strong desire to develop staff skills and maintain professionalism.
• Proficiency with MS Office, word processing, spreadsheets, email, and project management tools.
• Highly organized with a positive, professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a small to moderate caseload.
• Assist Clinical Director(s) with intervention on clinical cases to influence positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Program Manager on client cohort progress and payer communications.
• Evaluate clinical quality with input from BI’s and parents/caregivers regarding prognosis.
• Provide collaboration on cases not progressing as planned.
• Participate on cases needing advanced clinical consultation with the treatment team.
• Communicate with parents about clinical concerns related to the client program.
• Provide parent training workshops and services to increase participation.
• Attend IEP meetings as approved or needed.
• Monitor outcome data with the Director of Client Outcomes and report trends.
