Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee direct patient care across inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization programs. You will supervise patients, support mealtime routines, and help implement therapeutic activities at multiple sites with a flexible schedule.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and a behavioral health degree, with ServSafe certification as a possible requirement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field required.
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state and local licensing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient supervision and support for inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients.
• Deliver milieu and meal support, ensuring adherence to treatment plans.
• Complete documentation in the EHR for group facilitation and observations.
• Transport patients as needed for medical appointments and facility needs.
• Assist with program activities and transportation as required by location.
