Job summary

Maple Counseling Center is seeking a Clinical Program Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and program support to the clinical services, trainees and supervisors. This in-person role supports the Chief Care Officer and Directors, helping plan and implement all aspects of the clinical training programs.

The position requires coordinating trainee recruitment, onboarding, and capacity monitoring, plus monthly and annual reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in administration, human services, mental health, nonprofit, or related field.
• 2+ years of administrative support or coordinator experience preferred in clinical or nonprofit settings.
• Proficiency with EHR systems, MS Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative and program support to clinical services, trainees and supervisors.
• Assist with trainee recruitment, onboarding and capacity planning.
• Monitor attendance, scheduling, transfers and case load management.
• Prepare reports on client trends, trainee activity and supervisor usage.
• Coordinate trainee events, appreciation events and office operations.
