Job summary

Health Connect America, a COA-accredited provider of mental and behavioral health services, seeks a Clinical Program Coordinator to support clinical, operational, and administrative functions and mentor the team in delivering high-quality care across multiple settings.

The role emphasizes treatment coordination, documentation accuracy, staff development, and collaboration with stakeholders while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Proven experience in clinical mental health services, preferably in community-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical, operational, and administrative functions to ensure high-quality care.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations, including admissions, documentation, and audits.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, training, and orientation of staff.
• Support regional strategic planning and budgeting processes.
