Job summary

Health Connect America is seeking a Clinical Program Coordinator to support clinical, operational, and administrative functions ensuring high-quality care. You will mentor the team, promote best practices, and help daily program operations run smoothly. This role may provide direct care at times, under supervision.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure per state regulations (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Proven experience in clinical mental health services, especially in community-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care services to assigned clients and document services per standards and payer requirements.
• Mentor and model best practices; ensure timely documentation and adherence to procedures.
• Participate in treatment team meetings to support care coordination.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations including marketing, recruitment, scheduling, and training.
• Support regional strategic planning and budgeting; assist with monthly financial statements.
