Job summary

CN Guidance & Counseling Services, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced administrator to provide clinical and administrative leadership for the CCC facility.

The role ensures day-to-day operations compliant with all regulatory and funding requirements and supports program staff and clinical teams. Responsibilities include policy development, supervision of clinicians and office staff, and coordination with medical staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of post-graduate administrative and clinical supervisory experience.
• At least 2 years in a substance abuse service delivery setting.
• Must have EHR/computer skills.
• Co-occurring disorder experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administrative and clinical operations of the CCC.
• Ensure compliance with program objectives, agency policies, and regulatory funding requirements.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures and maintain up-to-date manuals.
• Supervise clinical and administrative staff and evaluate performance.
• Manage interviewing, hiring, and training of staff and oversee medical staff and prescribers.
