Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a licensed clinician to oversee clinical supervision and supervise interns while delivering outpatient counseling services to a diverse caseload. The role includes coordinating treatment plans, conducting intakes and assessments, and ensuring quality criteria across services.

The position requires a Master’s degree in Human Services and active clinical licensure with the potential for professional growth within Centerstone’s expansive behavioral health network.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Services required.
• Clinical license required; SAS staff must have licensure within mandated time frame.
• Demonstrated skill in performing clinical services.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical supervision and consultation to clinicians and interns/practicum students to assure quality of services.
• Make necessary decisions in the absence of Clinical Manager to assure program continuity.
• Provides outpatient counseling services utilizing evidence-based methodologies with individual, group, and family therapy for assigned caseload.
• Assists clients with individualized treatment plans and monitors progress, updating plans as appropriate.
• Conducts intake, assessments, and prepares assessment summaries for processing.
• Coordinates linkage with internal and external resources and maintains contact with referral sources.
• Assists clients with discharge planning and follow-up services as assigned.
• Attends staff meetings and participates in committees, including quality assurance.
