Job summary

Health Connect America is seeking a Clinical Program Coordinator to support clinical, operational, and administrative functions ensuring high-quality care. The role involves mentorship, promoting best practices, and potential direct care at the direction of the Program Director.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and current licensure eligibility (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT). Leadership and management experience are preferred, with responsibilities spanning staffing,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, MFT, or psychology from an accredited program.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT) per state regulations.
• Experience in clinical mental health services, especially in community-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care services to assigned clients and document services per standards and payer requirements.
• Mentor staff, promote best practices, and support day-to-day program operations.
• Participate in treatment team meetings to coordinate care.
• Assist in recruitment, orientation, and staff training as requested.
• Support development and implementation of regional budgets and strategic plans.
• Coordinate chart audits and ensure documentation compliance.
• Facilitate staff meetings and assist with licensure supervision for staff.
