Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field is required.
• Licensure must be current.
• Strong supervision and leadership abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision of the counseling center and services.
• Ensure ethical and compliant delivery of services; implement QA plans and regulatory standards.
• Hire, supervise, and evaluate staff; provide ongoing feedback.
• Lead clinical staffings, meetings, and training; maintain mandatory trainings.
• Provide direct counseling and intake/assessment; develop treatment plans and documentation.
• Coordinate consumer services with other Mount Rogers CSB programs; resolve service conflicts.
• Coordinate forensic services and act as contact for state; attend meetings.
• Monitor center budgets and reimbursement targets; track fees and expenditures.
