Job summary

Health Connect America is seeking a Clinical Program Coordinator to support clinical, operational, and administrative functions, ensuring delivery of high-quality care. The role provides mentorship, promotes best practices, and may deliver direct care at times.

You will collaborate with the program director, contribute to planning, budgeting, and regional initiatives, and supervise staff while maintaining compliance with licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure per state regulations (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Proven experience in clinical mental health services, especially in community-based settings.

Responsibilities

• May provide direct care services to assigned clients and document services in accordance with standards.
• Serve as a role model of best practices and promote accountability and excellence.
• Participate in treatment team meetings to support care coordination.
• Complete and submit all required documentation accurately and within timeframes.
• Assist in recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, and orientation of staff.
• Support preparation of regional strategic plans and annual budgets.
